    5 c.cubed French baguette
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee Select basil-flavored olive oil
    6 slice(s)lower-sodium Hy-Vee bacon
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee ranch dressing
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    1(10 oz) bag chopped romaine lettuce
    1(11 oz) package cherry tomatoes, quartered

    Directions

    1. Toss together cubed baguette and olive oil. Bake in 475-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside.
    2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Crumble into bite-size pieces.
    3. In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning, stirring until combined.
    4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Top with baked croutons.
