    1 (1-oz.) pkg. That’s Smart! onion soup and dip mix
    1 (1-lbs. pkg.) Midwest Pork boneless pork chops
    2 (10-oz. each) pkgs. frozen mashed cauliflower

    Directions

    1. Add chicken broth and onion soup mix to a 4-quart slow cooker. Whisk until well combined. Add pork chops to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Remove pork chops from slow cooker. Tent with foil and allow to rest 10 minutes.

    2. Prepare mashed cauliflower according to package directions. Serve pork chops over mashed cauliflower and drizzle with drippings in slow cooker, if desired.
