    Slow cooker to the rescue! Put the roast in, turn to HIGH and cook for 8 to 10 hours.

    2 c. Hy-Vee beef broth
    1 (0.7-oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    6 hoagie buns, split and toasted

    Directions

    1. Place roast, broth and dressing mix in a slow-cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 hours.

    2. Remove roast from crock; shred beef and place on toasted hoagie buns.

    3. Strain broth from slow cooker and serve with sandwiches for dipping.
