French Apple Pie

|1||Hy-Vee ready-to-bake refrigerated pie crust|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee cornstarch|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee cinnamon|
|¼ tsp.||ground nutmeg|
|6||medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee flour|
|½ c.||packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee butter, cut into pieces|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and place on a baking sheet; set aside.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Add sliced apples and toss to combine. Spoon evenly into pie crust.
- Combine flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over pie.
- Bake pie on baking sheet for 75 to 80 minutes or until topping is golden brown and pie is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack.
