    ½ c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee cornstarch
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ¼ tsp.ground nutmeg
    pinch(es)Hy-Vee salt
    6medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    1 c.Hy-Vee flour
    ½ c.packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c.Hy-Vee butter, cut into pieces

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and place on a baking sheet; set aside.
    2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Add sliced apples and toss to combine. Spoon evenly into pie crust.
    3. Combine flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over pie.
    4. Bake pie on baking sheet for 75 to 80 minutes or until topping is golden brown and pie is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack.
