| 2 egg whites | ||
| 1 ½ c. sugar | ||
| ¼ c. water | ||
| ⅛ tsp. salt | ||
| ¼ c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
Directions
- Combine egg whites, sugar, water, salt and orange juice concentrate in the top of a double boiler.
- Beat 1 minute with electric mixer or rotary beater to combine. Place over boiling water and continue beating until mixture forms stiff peaks (7-8 minutes).
- Remove from heat, beat until of spreading consistency.
