    1 (3 oz) pkg Hy-Vee lemon gelatin
    ¼ c. cold water
    1 c. chopped fresh blueberries
    1 c. chopped fresh strawberries
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed
    1 (6 oz) graham cracker pie crust
    additional whipped topping, blueberries, strawberries and/or lemon slices, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine lemon gelatin and water in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Let stand until cool.
    2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, strawberries, powdered sugar and gelatin/water mixture. Toss to coat. Fold thawed whipped topping into berry mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust.
    3. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until set.
    4. Garnish with additional whipped topping, blueberries, strawberries and/or lemon slices, if desired.
