    2 tbsp.honey
    2 tbsp.canola oil
    2 c.bread flour
    1 c.whole wheat flour
    1 ½ tsp.salt
    c.flax seed
    2 tbsp.sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp.poppy seeds
    2 tsp.fast-rising instant yeast

    Directions

    1. Measure ingredients and place in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
    2. Select "Whole Wheat Rapid Cycle".
    3. Remove baked bread from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
