    Serves 24
    ¼ c. margarine
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. uncooked oats
    1 c. crushed graham crackers
    ½ c. flax seed
    ½ c. raisins, chopped*
    ¼ c. sunflower seeds
    ¼ c. coconut


    1. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat. Add miniature marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
    2. Stir in oatmeal, graham cracker crumbs, flax seed, raisins*, sunflower seeds and coconut until thoroughly coated.
    3. Press into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan with greased fingers. For a thicker bar, use a 9-by-9-inch pan. Let cool. Cut into bars.
    4. *Other dried fruit, such as apricots or cherries, can be used in place of the raisins.
