    1 (12 ounce) can Hy-Vee frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee ginger ale, well-chilled

    Directions

    1. The day before brunch: In a 2-quart pitcher, combine eggnog and frozen orange juice concentrate. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Just before serving: Slowly stir in ginger ale. Garnish each drink with whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
