    2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto
    4 whole wheat brat buns, split and toasted
    Cheddar cheese slices, lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional

    Directions

    1. Prepare fish fillets according to package directions.
    2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl. Spread mixture on brat buns.
    3. Place fish fillet on bun. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato, if desired.
