    1 c. butter, softened
    ½ c. powdered sugar
    ½ c. brown sugar
    1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 oz. imitation rum extract

    Directions

    1. Cream butter, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in ice cream and rum extract until smooth. Pour into a container with tight-fitting lid; cover and store in freezer.
    2. To serve, place 1/2 cup mixture in mug. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir to mix. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
