| 1 c. butter, softened | ||
| ½ c. powdered sugar | ||
| ½ c. brown sugar | ||
| 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon | ||
| 1 tsp. ground nutmeg | ||
| 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened | ||
| 1 oz. imitation rum extract |
Directions
- Cream butter, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in ice cream and rum extract until smooth. Pour into a container with tight-fitting lid; cover and store in freezer.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup mixture in mug. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir to mix. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
