    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 (15.8 oz) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
    2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. Hy-Vee salsa
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee beef broth
    1 tsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning
    1 ¼ lbs. cooked lean round steak, cubed
    1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional

    Directions

    1. In a Dutch oven, combine oil, onion and bell pepper. Saute over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
    2. Stir in beans, corn, salsa, broth, seasoning, round steak and ripe olives.
    3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    4. Serve with Hy-Vee tortilla chips if desired.
