1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
½ c. diced roasted red pepper
¼ c. chopped red onion
¼ c. feta cheese crumbles
¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices. Place on baking sheet and bake 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  2. Meanwhile, stir olives, red pepper, onion, cheese and salad dressing until combined.
  3. Serve olive mixture with baguette slices.
