Description
Chef's Tip: If you've got them, steam fresh green beans before quickly sautéing. For added richness, add a little butter.

1 ½ tbsp. | Hy-Vee Select olive oil | |
½ c. | Hy-Vee dried cranberries | |
½ c. | Hy-Vee sliced almonds | |
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, optional |
Directions
- In a large pan, sauté green beans in oil about 5 minutes.
- Add cranberries and almonds. Continue cooking until beans are tender and hot, another 5 to 10 minutes.
- If desired, season with salt and pepper.
