1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth | ||
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning | ||
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
Hy-Vee sour cream, Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese and Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- In a large stockpot, combine diced tomatoes with green chilies, vegetables, black beans, chicken broth and seasonings. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Serve topped with sour cream, cheese and chips, if desired.
