|⅔ c.||evaporated milk|
|1 ½ c.||sugar|
|2 c.||miniature marshmallows|
|1 ½ c.||semisweet chocolate, vanilla or peanut butter chips|
|½ c.||chopped pecans or walnuts, optional|
- Butter an 8-inch square pan; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring butter, milk, sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows, baking chips, vanilla and nuts. Beat for 1 minute or until marshmallow are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
- Cool and cut into squares.
