Fab Fruit Pizzas
There's a reason we call these fab pizzas, and that's mostly because the "crust" is made with cookie dough. Fabulous! You can even make individual fruit pizzas, so each person can customize their toppings.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(16.5 oz) container Hy-Vee refrigerated sugar cookie dough|
|1||(5.3 oz) container Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt or 2/3 cup mascarpone cheese|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee powdered sugar|
|2 c.||peeled (if needed) and chopped or thinly sliced fruit, such as grapes, kiwifruit, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, apricots and mango|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee honey|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 12-inch pizza pans or large baking sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- For cookie crusts, evenly pat half of the cookie dough to form a 6-inch round in the center of each pan.
- Bake crusts for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl stir together yogurt and sugar. Spread on cookie crusts and arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with honey.
