Description
There's a reason we call these fab pizzas, and that's mostly because the "crust" is made with cookie dough. Fabulous! You can even make individual fruit pizzas, so each person can customize their toppings, just make sure to shorten the baking time.

1 (5.3-oz.) container Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar | ||
2 c. desired fruit, such as bananas, kiwi, strawberries, mangoes, and/or blueberries peeled, chopped, or thinly sliced | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey |

- 2 12-inch pizza pans or large baking sheets
- Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
- Parchment paper
- Wire cooling rack
- Small bowl
Directions
Shape half of the cookie dough into a 6-inch round in the center of each pan. Repeat with remaining cookie dough and place on remaining prepared pan.
Bake crusts for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Combine yogurt and powdered sugar; spread on cookie crusts. Arrange fruit on to p and drizzle with honey. Cut into wedges for serving.
