    1 Hy-Vee EZ peel shrimp, peeled, tails on
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tbsp. dried parsley

    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Metal or wooden skewers

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Toss shrimp with oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper and parsley. Skewer shrimp on pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Place on prepared baking sheet.
    3. Bake shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once half way through. Bake until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
