Directions
- Toss shrimp with oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper and parsley. Skewer shrimp on pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once half way through. Bake until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
