Out of eggs? No problem! Make these eggless banana pancakes for breakfast.
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. rolled oats|
|½ c. flour|
|½ c. cornmeal|
|1 tbsp. baking powder|
|1 ½ c. water|
|2 to 3 bananas, peeled, sliced or mashed|
|raisins, blueberries or chopped apples, optional|
|2 tsp. oil|
Things To Grab
- Mix rolled oats, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, water and bananas in a bowl. Fold in raisins, blueberries or chopped apples.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in the frying pan. Fry over low heat until lightly browned, then flip and fry on the other side until done.
