    • Small microwave-safe bowl
    • Small bowl
    • Whisk
    • 8-inch skillet
    • Rimmed baking pan
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Toast frozen waffles and thaw chicken strips in microwave according to package directions; set aside. Combine syrup and Sriracha sauce in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds; set aside.

    2. Whisk together eggs and water. Melt butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper in butter until softened. Add egg mixture to skillet; cook until set. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Fold egg in half.

    3. Place two waffles and chicken strips on a rimmed baking pan. Top waffles with cheese slices. Broil 4-inches from heat about 1 minute or until cheese is melted and chicken is crisp. To assemble sandwich, place chicken strips on a cheese-topped waffle; brush with half of syrup mixture. Add remaining cheese-topped waffle; top with omelet and avocado slices, if desired. Add remaining waffle. Pour remaining syrup mixture on top.
