    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee jumbos flaky homestyle biscuits
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs, whisked
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked
    ¼ c. chopped green bell pepper
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 cupcake molds with nonstick cooking spray and place one biscuit into each space, flattening dough against bottom and sides of the cupcake mold. Fill each dough cup with whisked egg, 1/2 bacon strip, chopped green bell pepper and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuit edges are golden brown.
