1 c. Hy-Vee cubed ham | ||
½ c. finely chopped green pepper | ||
¼ c. onion, finely chopped | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee cider vinegar | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee mustard |
Directions
- Combine eggs, ham, green pepper, and onion in bowl.
- Blend mayonnaise, red pepper, vinegar and mustard together in separate bowl. Stir into egg mixture.
- Serving Suggestions: Spoon egg salad onto lettuce leaf; Garnish with tomato slices; Spread egg salad on your favorite bread.
