2 c.Hy-Vee frozen peas, thawed
1 c.frozen sweet soybeans (Edamame), thawed
½ c.Hy-Vee 2%-milk shredded cheddar cheese
½ c.reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee sugar
1 tsp.Hy-Vee white vinegar
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peas, soybeans and cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture to peas/soybeans mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
