1 c. | frozen sweet soybeans (Edamame), thawed | |
½ c. | Hy-Vee 2%-milk shredded cheddar cheese | |
½ c. | reduced-fat mayonnaise | |
1 tbsp. | Hy-Vee sugar | |
1 tsp. | Hy-Vee white vinegar | |
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix peas, soybeans and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to peas/soybeans mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
