2 c.Cascadian Farms shelled edamame, thawed or cooked according to package directions
¼ c.Hy-Vee 100% pure vegetable oil
3 tbsp.lemon juice
2 tsp.chopped garlic
¾ tsp.ground cumin
½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving

Directions

  1. Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt in a food processor for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides twice.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, if desired.
