|2 c.||Cascadian Farms shelled edamame, thawed or cooked according to package directions|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee 100% pure vegetable oil|
|3 tbsp.||lemon juice|
|2 tsp.||chopped garlic|
|¾ tsp.||ground cumin|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving|
- Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt in a food processor for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides twice.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, if desired.
