Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. Cascadian Farms shelled edamame, thawed or cooked according to package directions|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee 100% pure vegetable oil|
|3 tbsp. lemon juice|
|2 tsp. chopped garlic|
|¾ tsp. ground cumin|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving|
- Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt in a food processor for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides twice.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with pita chips, crackers or fresh vegetables, if desired.
