    1(16.5-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee extra-moist classic yellow cake mix
    c.water
    c.Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    3Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    2 c.fresh zucchini, shredded
    ½ c.Hy-Vee chopped walnuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs together in a medium bowl. Stir in cinnamon and fold in shredded zucchini and walnuts.

    2. Transfer batter to two greased 8x4-inch loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; remove from pans. Cut each loaf into 12 slices.
