All you need is a skillet and some shrimp. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the pan and saute along with the shrimp for additional flavor.

1 c. desired vegetables, such as jalapenos, green onions, Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables, etc.
1 tbsp. desired seasoning, such as: Hy-Vee lemon pepper, Hy-Vee taco, Cajun seasoning, etc.
Hy-Vee salt, to taste
Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste
1 lbs. 40-to-50 ct. shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed, thawed if frozen

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until softened.

  2. Add desired chopped vegetables and cook until softened. Add shrimp with desired seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque, stirring occasionally.
