|3||Hy-Vee large eggs|
|1 c.||dark corn syrup|
|¾ c.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee margarine, or unsalted butter, melted|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|8 oz.||Hy-Vee pecan pieces|
|1||Hy-Vee frozen 9-inch pie crust, unbaked|
Things To Grab
In a large bowl, beat eggs until well combined. Stir in dark corn syrup and sugar until dissolved. Stir in margarine and vanilla; fold in pecans. Pour mixture into frozen pie crust.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature before serving.
