    2 (6 oz each) cans tomato paste
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Muir Glen diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 ½ c. hot water
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp. Simply Organic garlic powder
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 (1 lb) package Beeler's breakfast sausage, thawed, cooked, drained
    8 oz. organic dry pasta, cooked
    1 c. Organic Valley shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Organic Valley shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomato paste, tomatoes, water, seasoning and garlic powder in a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sauce begins to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2. Stir in sausage.
    3. In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, layer pasta and meat mixture. Top with cheeses.
    4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
