    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Hickory House Heart of the Grill seasoning rub

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease grill rack. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.

    2. Brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning rub. Grill salmon, skin side up, for 3 minutes. Flip and grill for 3 to 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove skin and discard.

    3. Alternatively, layer lemon slices on grill and grill salmon on lemon slices 6 to 8 minutes.
