    6 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    1 c. Hy-Vee enchilada sauce
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Mexican cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 3-quart casserole dish with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray.

    2. Spoon about 1/2 cup of Chicken Enchilada Starter onto each flour tortilla. Roll tortillas up and place, seam-side-down, in prepared dish. Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.

    3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through (165 degrees).
