    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee healthy recipe cream of chicken soup
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. diced cooked chicken breast
    1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    2 c. hot, cooked Hy-Vee rice

    Directions

    1. Combine soup and milk in a heavy saucepan. Stir in chicken, pimiento, mushrooms and pepper.
    2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until mixture begins to bubble.
    3. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
