1 c. diced cooked chicken breast | ||
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee mushrooms pieces and stems, drained | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
2 c. hot, cooked Hy-Vee rice |
Directions
- Combine soup and milk in a heavy saucepan. Stir in chicken, pimiento, mushrooms and pepper.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until mixture begins to bubble.
- Serve over hot, cooked rice.
