    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    10 Hy-Vee frozen white dinner rolls
    ½ tsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up salt
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee shredded Gouda cheese
    1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped

    • Plastic wrap
    • Small microwave-safe bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. Arrange dinner rolls in prepared skillet. Loosely cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for 3 to 4 hours or until doubled in size. 

    2. Microwave 1/4 cup unsalted butter in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted. Uncover rolls. Spoon butter over rolls and sprinkle with Mixed-Up salt; top with shredded Gouda cheese and thyme. 

    3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with additional fresh thyme, if desired. Serve warm.
