    1 (16 oz) loaf Hy-Vee French bread
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil, divided
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee petite-cut diced tomatoes, drained
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
    2. Slice bread 1-inch thick and set slices on pan. Brush top side of each slice with garlic-flavored olive oil.
    3. Toast slices for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    4. Combine diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Top each slice of bread with tomato mixture. Sprinkle each slice with Parmesan cheese. If desired, bake for an additional 3 minutes to melt Parmesan cheese.
