    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee milk chocolate baking chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together rolled oats, pureed bananas, and chocolate baking chips until well combined. Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop dough 1 inch apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet; flatten to ¾-inch high. 

    2. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges begin to lightly brown. Cool cookies on cookie sheet for 1 minute; transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
