- Medium bowl
- Wire cooling rack
Remove muffin tops; set aside. Tear muffin bottoms into bite-size pieces; place in a medium bowl. Add blueberry pie filling. Lightly toss together. Divide mixture among ramekins.
Break apart muffin tops and place on blueberry mixture. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
