1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. Cut off the squash stem; halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel squash and chop into 1-inch cubes. Toss together squash, olive oil, and salt. Spread on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sage. Roast 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
