    1 avocado, peeled and seeded
    ½ cucumber, peeled and seeded
    1 c. baby spinach leaves
    1 c. green grapes
    2 c. diet ginger ale, divided

    Directions

    1. Place avocado, cucumber, spinach and grapes in a blender. Pour in 1-1/2 cups ginger ale.
    2. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
    3. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup ginger ale before serving.
