    Ingredients
    Serves 8
    QuantityIngredientAdd
1 (3.5 oz) bar Zoet milk chocolate
    1 c. Hy-Vee chocolate ice cream
    ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
    ½ c. whiskey

    Directions

    1. Using vegetable peeler, shave 1/4 of the chocolate bar into shallow bowl; set aside. Chop remaining chocolate; melt in double boiler set over barely simmering water. Let cool slightly.
    2. Rim 8 shooter glasses with a little of the melted chocolate; dip in shaved chocolate. Place glasses on baking tray in freezer for about 15 minutes or until glasses start to frost and chocolate has set.
    3. Add ice cream, milk and whiskey to blender; mix until smooth. Add remaining melted chocolate; process until combined. Pour into prepared shooter glasses.
    4. Tip: Alternatively, use Zoet milk chocolate with toffee and sea salt. Substitute bourbon for whiskey if desired. If you like, grate the chocolate instead of shaving it.
