    ⅓ c. fresh raspberries, plus additional for garnish
    ⅓ c. fresh blackberries, plus additional for garnish
    water
    Coarse sugar
    8 oz. Prosecco, divided

    • Fine-mesh strainer
    • 2 (6-oz. each) champagne flutes

    Directions

    1. Blend raspberries and blackberries until smooth; strain seeds through a fine-mesh strainer and discard seeds. 

    2. Dip tops of two chilled 6-oz. each champagne flutes into water and then into coarse sugar. 

    3. Pour 2 tablespoons berry puree into each flute. Top with Prosecco and gently stir. Garnish with additional fresh berries, if desired.
