Carefully pour over donuts in dish. Using the back of a serving spoon, press donuts to coat with custard. Cover dish and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dish from refrigerator; let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
Meanwhile, heat maple syrup until warm. Serve French toast topped with bananas, strawberries, and maple syrup. If desired, top with whipped cream.
