2 lbs. Hy-Vee russet potatoes, (about 6 medium) peeled, cooked and mashed
4 oz. light chive and onion cream cheese
⅓ c. reduced-fat sour cream
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt

Directions

  1. Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder and salt in large bowl; mash to desired consistency.
  2. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  3. Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot. Stir potatoes before serving.
