    3 c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream
    1 c. simple syrup
    1 c. white rum
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon, plus additional for garnish
    1 pinch(es) Hy-Vee ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
    Hot chocolate, for serving, if desired
    Hy-Vee whipped cream, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Add heavy whipping cream, simple syrup, rum, vanilla, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour mixture into an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If desired, mix into hot chocolate, garnish with whipped cream, and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
