In a food processor or blender, process Oreos into a fine powder. Place in a small bowl; set aside.
Melt chocolate bar; cool slightly. Add dough and melted chocolate to a stand mixer and beat until completely combined.
Shape dough into 20 (1-inch each) balls. Roll in Oreo mixture and set balls 2-inches apart on prepared pan. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and press gummy worms into hot cookies. Cool 1 minute on pan; place on wire cooling rack and cool completely.
