    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    ½ lbs. uncooked ground turkey
    1 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee stewed tomatoes, undrained
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ¼ tsp. ground red pepper flakes
    1 (15 oz) can great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee whole kernel corn, drained

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    2. Add turkey and cook until meat is no longer pink.
    3. Stir in broth, tomatoes, Dijon mustard, chili powder and red pepper flakes.
    4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    5. Stir in beans and corn. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
