2 tbsp. stone ground Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
Kosher salt, to taste
Additional finely chopped chives, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, mustard, chives and kosher salt, to taste, in a bowl. Chill dip for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Garnish dip with additional chopped chives, if desired.
