3 tbsp. light mayonnaise | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee honey mustard | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vinegar | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste |
Directions
- Place eggs in enough cold water to cover. Bring to rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat and cook 12 minutes. Pour off hot water and add cold water to chill eggs.
- Peel and halve lengthwise with a knife, pushing yolks into small mixing bowl and white halves on a plate.
- Mash yolks with a fork and add remaining ingredients. Spoon yolk mixture into white halves and serve.
