    12 oz.deli roast beef
    ½red onion, thinly sliced
    3medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
    ½medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
    6 tbsp.cucumber-dill Greek yogurt dip

    Directions

    1. On each whole pita, top with one-fourth of lettuce, roast beef, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and dip. Fold pita in half to serve.
