    2 (4-oz. each) 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate bars, finely chopped and melted
    ½ c. Hy-Vee whole cashews, toasted, chopped, and divided
    1 tbsp. pepitas, roasted and salted
    1 tbsp. sunflower nuts
    1 tsp. whole flaxseeds

    • Parchment paper

    Directions

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir 1/4 cup cashews into melted chocolate; spread onto prepared baking sheet 1/2-inch-thick. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cashews, pepitas, and sunflower nuts, and whole flaxseeds on top. Let stand 30 minutes. Remove parchment; break into pieces.
