2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee curry powder
Hy-Vee freshly cracked black pepper, optional

Directions

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard and curry until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with pepper, if desired.
